These last few weeks i have been working with noticing when i am feeling deep unease as i stand in line 6 feet apart from another person at the Grocery store, and aware of my own body reactions to what is uncertain. Questions of enough food on the shelves, choices? Leaning into the feelings in the kindest and gentle way. Even when i am not present and noticing this too.
